stage three ankle ligament tear

has anyone had this happen... and if so....after 4 weeks.... mri show ligament is torn completely.... so cast for 6 more fucking weeks....or surgery... has this healed for anyone without all of this

A tear requires surgery to repair it. I know it sucks, but the sooner you get it fixed the better. Just do seated exercises in the gym.
