Sore feet....????

Do any of y'all's feet hurt when exercising???
When I am walking on the treadmill or even sometimes leg presses, my feet really hurt. My heels and arches hurt. Could it be my shoes? I was just wondering, because it is really uncomfortable and sometimes I have to stop before my time is up. Any suggestions on this?

I totally know what you are talking about! My feet will ache will running or doing squats and lunges. I wear running shoes on leg day and someone told me that basketball shoes were good to wear when doing legs, but I haven't bought any to see.....

I don't understand why that happens....I have tried putting the weight on different parts of my foot, etc..but nothing seems to work.

Ladies... Try adding an insole in your shoes, Dr Scholls is the most popular but you might want to go to a sports shoe store ( finish line, footaction, etc..) and get one there, sorbothanes are the best! that might help!!!

thx BB!!!! I'll try that...

JLo - It's soo weird...even my toes sometimes hurt like when I'm doing leg presses...and I also try to put the weight on different parts of my feet and it doesn't help one bit....

I'm with you there ff... calf work always KILL my feet... i need to go back and do my jumping calf work... that really burned my calves and my feet didn't bug me one iota...

i'm going to try to do my calf raises with the hardest sole shoes i can find next time and see if that helps (have you tried that? just curious... i was thinking maybe there is too much foot flexion going on???)
