lol....no secert here though, BUT i found out that Consistancy in my workouts a great help! when i have one of those days where i don't feel like workingout, i just tell myself to do only 10 minutes and by the end of the ten minutes i'm usually pumped and happy to do more!!!
plus I always feel awsome afterr some exercise especially after a really intense session! its great!
