Okay, so I was determined to set a 20lbs PR on low pin press. I had ate over 6000calories between the start of this post and before I went to lift again.
Sadly, the weight seemed heavy again but I was able to do 2reps what I had originally done once. I then proceeded to do 8X8 on JM Press, oh yea that was fun on the triceps.
I really couldn't concentrate on anything though. I wasn't able to get in contact with my gf for a few hours and thought something might be wrong, so my mind just wasn't there.
