So bros, is canola oil good or unhealthy?

I seen something on facebook about it and just wonder if in deed is this oil toxic and synthetically manufactured for real? I have seen some articles about it being analyzed at a lab and they found pesticides in it, this is some crazy shit to be concerned about, this oil is what I use to cook for my kids and wife, but also you see all kind of bull crap in the internet you don't even know what to believe, thoughts on this guys?thank you.

Canola oil should be called - con-ola oil.

There is so much misinformation and propaganda about canola oil to keep Canadian and American Canola farmers in business.

It is extremely unhealthy. It has a terrible fatty acid profile.

The best oils to cook with are coconut oil, avocado oil and macadamia nut oil.

I really don't use any oils to cook with. When I need something I will just use a spray. It is much easier to control how much is used. For healthy fats I eat salmon, almonds, avocados, etc.
