Weekend went ok.
Saturday meals
1. Egg and ham omelette, wheat toast with jelly, side of bacon.
2. English muffin with PBJ. Almonds
3. Protein shake
4. Road trip had met RX protein bar and small bag of Chex mix bold ( carb and sodium load)
Sunday
1. 2 whole Eggs. 2 egg whites and spinach.
2. Met RX protein bar
Almonds
3. 2 chicken breast and veggies.
4. Rice cakes 3 with PB fit and jelly.
Not the best but not the worst on food.
Still waking up around 185 lbs.
Work outs have been as good as shoulder will allow.
Checking on my insurance today.
Might have to go see Dr about shoulder.
