Slyder sarm log GW, ACP, RAD

Man I am confused.
I am thinking about stopping this cycle.
I am just not feeling great. Energy is low and should not be with these Sarms. But worse problem is my shoulder. It is worse and I’m worried I have injured it.
I can do rear delt raises and side lateral raises. Incline dumbell are ok.
Front delt raise no way. Flat chest press no way.
No it hurts all day. Sometimes in the rear kinda under the rear delt maybe rhomboid area. Somtimes the pain is in front delt area. Constantly lifting my are over my head for relief. Working the mouse at desk hurts. Arm close to body and raising hurts.
I feel like I am wasting my money on the Sarms and can’t push it hard in the gym.
If I go to dr now I would probably pay cash since deductible starts over at first of year. I just started this insurance.
If it can be fixed with regenerative medicine, insurance don’t cover that. But if it’s surgery then it is covered.
Shitty timing.

Shitty news man. Sorry to hear. Shoulders can be brutal and you will need to get it fixed. If not you will be spinning in these circles.

Update
I stopped the Sarms 4 days ago.
Still eating well and in a deficit.
Gym has been limited due to shoulder.
To be clear I stopped the Sarms cause of my injury to shoulder and my persistent tiredness.
I need to get my body and mind back before throwing PED’s at it.
Going keep up my eating plan and do what I can in the gym.
I have already hit my goal weight.
Currently 183 lbs at 10% bf.
Since end of last cycle I dropped 23 lbs.
I think a lot of that was water. I am going to evaluate what I’m doing cause I don’t seem to be keeping gains.
Don’t get me wrong. I am happy with my condition and lifestyle.
Lean is easy for me but adding muscle is tough.
It’s all worth the effort.

Awesome day.
Saturday dinner breakfast egg and ham omelet, wheat toast and bacon.
Couple hours later had a metrx protein bar.
Went to gym and had a great work out.
Also warmed up with ten minutes bike and finished with 20 minute stair master. Shoulder felt good. Went home and iced the shoulder and took ibprofen. Shoulder might be bursitis.
Lunch was a protein shake. 2 scoop pro powder, 40 g oats, and big spoon of peanut butter.
Dinner was two eggs on an English muffin with cheese.
Walked to the other gym and half hour in dry sauna. Today I felt better than recent.

Honestly if you stopped sarms you still should do mini sarms pct

nolvadex and n2generate or a test booster for 4 weeks I suggest it highly

and your shoulder issue you should be doing something like ostarine and tb500 otherwise hard to recover

23lbs drop thats impressive you're doing great!

keep the log going update us on your training and diet
