Yesterday went great. Food was on point and got my monthly treat. From local meal prep shop.
Cauliflower crust pizzas. Meat lovers and chicken spinach. They know how to actually make it taste good.
Did upper back and back side of shoulders. All pulls and pressing felt good. Had to watch my self cause I kept trying to add weight.
Went home and iced shoulder.
Biggest reason for stopping is it was just a waste of money and good Sarms if I can’t give it my 110 %.
I’ll get healed up. Stay in good shape then hit it hard again.
Is vacation season for me so gonna enjoy that life. Really need to up my cardio and Abby work any way so this might be that push I need.
I might go ahead and start back the GW and just wait for the rest.
