Face pulls 57 lb 3 set 20
Tricep rope pull down 50 lbs 3 set 30
Tried chest but good.
Chest press cable machine 50 3 set 12. Slow, and contracted.
Pec deck 100 pounds 3set 15
Dumbells flat and incline. No way
Switched
Abs
Cable crunches 65 lbs 4 sets 25
Leg raise butt off floor 4 sets 25
Wipers 4sets 12
Twist machine. 110 lbs 4 sets 25
Crunches 3 set 15 each side
2 planks 2 min
Dry Sauna 30 minutes
Good food day but was missing the fats I needed. Gotta hit store for restock
