Meal prep yesterday.
10 lbs chicken breast.
Put in 2 clear Pyrex baking dish, no spray or oil. Lawrys season salt and pepper. 450 degree 20 minutes, flip 20 minutes till 165 inside temp. Time depends on size of breast.
Zucchini and squash cut up and put on backing pan with parchment paper. No oil or with oil either way. Salt, pepper, cayenne or garlic powder. Same oven with chicken about 15 minute. Just soft to touch but still firm.
If rice I use the minute rice cups single serve. Or I do instant cream of wheat. Just cut back water so its more of a thick consistency like rice.
Cream of wheat I can make in my truck with out heating it. Just add water.
This is what I eat all week.
Maybe frozen broccoli or green beans instead of zucchini.
Taking chicken, a carb and a veggie. Just change the sauces on top.
Sugar free baby rays bbq sauce, bolt house ranch, G Hughes honey mustard, or balsamic vinaigrette.
I put cherry tomatoes on top so it looks better and I like them.
Easy microwave meals. I put in ziplocks cause I can’t keep up with Tupperware.
Paper plate. Everything is disposable and fast clean up.
Takes about 2 hours per week and gets me meals for most of the whole week.
Can be eaten with out heating up when I am in the field working out of truck.
