Don't really know where to post this, so I will try here.

I've heard if you goto sleep at 9, from 9-12 (9pm-12am) you will grow more than you would if you went to bed after 12. This true? I could use some height as I am relatively short (read:quite short). Thanks
 
I'm pretty sure that all that matter is you get a certain quantity and quality of sleep.
You want your body to work through all the different stages(4 + REM I believe. Havn't taken Physchology for 3 years) of sleep, most importantly REM sleep.
If your body is tired, go to sleep... if your not tired yet, stay up... Just make sure you get adequate uninterupted sleep.
Each stage of your sleep gets progressively longer the longer you are have uninterupted sleep... Get as much REM as possible and you will be fine.

Umhm....your body doesn't know what time it is.

There are same great studies on Pub-Med that show a distinct difference in immune response for 7 hours of sleep vs 9.

I'm personally useless on less than 8.
