I'm going to start trying to get 9-10 hours of sleep per night, instead of my usual 8. Last night I got a little over 9, and I feel great. I have almost no soreness after my 2 hour "shock workout" for deadlifts. So, everyone make sure to go to bed early tonight, instead of going out and partying, ok?
