Sup guys, currently 5'9", 182-185lbs. Been reading a lot about CKD and I wanna try it. Reason is because I eat like shit now, and I want that to change. But since IM still young, I stay lean no matter what my diet is. So I know I dont eat enough to gain fat, but i also eat like shit and stay lean. So I figure if I change my diet to a CKD bulk, I can possibly get more cut since Ill be burning fat throughout the week, and carb loading on the weekend. So I can still build muscle, and lose fat?
I should also mention I am on HRT so I will have steady testosterone levels, moderate-high levels. Im also doing a 5x5 which seems to be the ideal workout when on a CKD. My goals are to be 190, but solid and more shredded, by the time I finish my 5x5 (4-5 months). Then I will be starting a cycle.
