Should I try a CKD bulk or just bulk?

Sup guys, currently 5'9", 182-185lbs. Been reading a lot about CKD and I wanna try it. Reason is because I eat like shit now, and I want that to change. But since IM still young, I stay lean no matter what my diet is. So I know I dont eat enough to gain fat, but i also eat like shit and stay lean. So I figure if I change my diet to a CKD bulk, I can possibly get more cut since Ill be burning fat throughout the week, and carb loading on the weekend. So I can still build muscle, and lose fat?

I should also mention I am on HRT so I will have steady testosterone levels, moderate-high levels. Im also doing a 5x5 which seems to be the ideal workout when on a CKD. My goals are to be 190, but solid and more shredded, by the time I finish my 5x5 (4-5 months). Then I will be starting a cycle.

If you are eating like crap now and staying lean, your metabolism is so high that you should take advantage of that while you can. There's no need to cut carbs most of the week, when you can have them everyday and stay lean. Concentrate on pounding calories with high protein and high carb with low fat and that will help you stay lean while bulking. I'm doing the same right now.

OK so sounds like I should just pound calories for the whole 5x5, and then when I start cycle, I will clean it up or change it depending on my goals.

One more question is how much BF% do you think I am on? I need to know in order to calculate my calories I need every day. Or do you think thats a waste of time and I should just pound down food? HOw many calories should I strive for every day if IM 182-185lbs in the picture above?

The shadow makes it hard to judge but I'd guess 10-12%
