Finishing the last week of my strength phase, got great results, but my body's paying for it! Started with 5 reps, a worked down to 3 over the course of weeks. Yesterday after Chest and Tris, had a pain deep in my deltoid/triceps area (right where the muscles work). Only did 3 reps so the weight was heavy.
So before I start a hypertrophy phase (8-10 reps), would you guys recommend taking a week off to let my body fully repair?
