...as for the rest of you - I promised DG I'd wear the frog panties next, so be prepared. ;) I don't know if I'll get them up today - but for sure tomorrow morning.

3 egg whites
2 Whole eggs
a little less that 1/4 cup dry oats (or 3/4 of 1/4 cup. )
2 cups green beans
water



Meal Two
2 tbsp pb
1 glucorell


Meal Three
2tbsp pb
1 glucorell
water


Meal Four
3 oz chicken breast
2 cups green beans
water

Meal Five
40 grams casein/whey protein mix(BSN Cinnamon Roll) in water
1 glucorell
50g strawberries
water


Meal Six
Extended release shake 40 grams of Casein/whey protein (BSN Lean Dessert - Cinnamon Roll) in water + 1 tbsp flax seed oil
1 PureCEE
2 Glucorell

AM CARDIO = HIIT

11 cycles - 1 minute high/1 low - part of this was used in adjusting the ramp and speed = 20 minutes.

5 minute warmup and 4 minute cool down.

Jeff and I worked all day driving equipment. We both layed down with our boots on about 4:30 to catch a nap and woke up about 9pm. lolol Missed my arm workout.

slept until 11:30 this morning. wow. both of us. Jeff got up and ate, then went back to bed until 3. We went to see "300" with Evan this afternoon. It was really, really good. One of the best I've seen, as far as effects and such. Lots of hot bodies in that movie. Abs as far as the eye can see. :D I was thinking that someone must have made a bulk steroid purchase to prepare for that movie. ;)
 
Also - I haven't weighed myself, but my body is normalizing. Abs are coming back. Not as pretty as they were, but they're there. (whew! I was worried. lolol)

I want to keep everything the same this week as you mentioned the normalization.


SAME LIFTING CARDIO AND DIET.

You have nothing to worry about... (<-- what I want you to say to me over the next few weeks when you think I need it lol ) :) May have to go check out 300... but every time I sit through a movie that long I want to eat everything at the candy counter... :evil: that long = over an hour and a half lol, cant take me anywhere :rolleyes:
