Aside from the 'stuff' I cannot really comment on (b/c I am in the dark with all of it AS) I already know what diet & training advice from S helped do for me in the past. The two of you made this work and thank you both for sharing your progress with all the others on here ... I know it has helped many people in the inspiration/motivation dept., or so Ive heard..

Best wishes to you at your show, the support from your trainer in the audience, along with the friends/fam will be remarkable... I wish I could be there to see it :heart:

There are VERY FEW people I trust 100%. Shadow is one of those people. It's a wonderful feeling - not having to second guess someone all the time or worry that they don't know wtf they're doing. lolol

I would NEVER have been able to get here on my own. I just don't know enough yet. I am very thankful. :heart:

As an aside, I have to say I'm busting up at the juxtapositioning of red spike heels, monster wrench, and chick in baby doll dress repairing earth moving equipment :FRlol:

On a serious note, though, your transformation, and the willingness with which you and Shadow have had to share it on the forum, coupled with your honesty and forthrightness (and basic cheerfulness) throughout the process has been, I think, quite remarkable.

Honey, on here you don't bitch, you don't gripe, you just buckle down and do and you only mention missing a few favorite foods occasionally ... the only things that have seemed to get under your skin (that you've aired on the forums), was the blowup with Jeff and um, digestive problems.

That's saying a lot.

True story:

I did 4 years in the Army. Went through basic training before they turned it into "co-ed low stress" basic training. lolol meaning that basic training was still hell when I went through it. Crying only made them single you out.

I learned a lot about myself during basic training. I found that I performed well under pressure, and that no one was harder on me than I was on myself. We wer sleep deprived, hungry, scared, sore, and under scrutiny every second of every day for 3 months. One by one, every woman in my platoon broke under the pressure and balled their eyes out - except for me. My PT scores kept getting better, I received perfect marks on all my tests, both in the field and on paper.

When we graduated, our head drill sargeant gave me his brown, scary drill sargeant hat. He told me I earned it - (and that they make it their goal with every new platoon that they get to break them down and make them cry. lolol) I still have that hat. It's my proudest posession. :)

Don't get me wrong - I wanted to cry. lolol I just kept saying to myself "those fucking bastards. No way will they see ME cry. fuckers. :evil: " Swear to God. I can still hear that voice in my head.\

I can also still hear the whiny voices of all the other women complaining al the damn time. jeezus. stfu and just do it.
