I feel SO MUCH better today. I can't believe it. I needed the rest.
 
Good for you! :) Being sick sucks. Antibiotics are so awesome .....

But still be careful - with the level of stress you are under (tough workouts) and dieting - you can be a relapse waiting to happen. A lot of people get sick at the end of a contest prep. :worried:

as you can see by my numbers, still not feeling 100%. I went early to my PM workout (about 4:30) and then came home and went to bed. We stayed a day later than planned in Prescott. had to load a bunch of our furniture and hosuehold stuff to take back to Sierra Vista.
