I've been drinking A LOT now for a few weeks - Saturday I slept most of the day and didn't get the full amount in - wow. I can't believe how dehydrated I felt and I still managed to get a gallon down.

60 minutes on treadmill = 558 calories. lolol felt like DEATH. Went to see a friend of mine who is a doctor. He told me I have a really great double ear infection, and my tonsils weren't far behind. Gave Jeff orders to run a course of penicillin for me. great. shots in the ass. Took my first shot and went to bed. Woke up about 6 pm and ate. Went back to bed.

holy :cow: , I was hungry. Too many skipped meals, but I needed the sleep. The meal at Chili's was EXCELLENT, and I came home and went to bed. Slept like a rock. Very little coughing.
 
Wow, I just noticed the clen at 200mcg's. How bad are the sides at that dosage? I am shaking like a leaf on a tree at 40mcgs!

I worked up to this VERY slowly. I've been on it for...a month? maybe a little longer. I barey feel it now. Very little shaking, and I can sleep after taking it. (see Friday & Saturday. lol)

Sorry, Shadow. I feel shitty for missing a workout. I'll make up the cardio today for sure.

Be careful. I am sure it is better if you miss 1-2 workouts while your body recovers then workout extra hard through the illness and relapse and miss a whole week.
