i have the same problem, cept for me i was getting it day by day, when i was on an eca stack and a bad diet, and no fibre. Went to the doc months later, it is internal hemroids if its light red, i dont see it all the time if my fibre is up and such however after heavy squats or deads, its easier to see it, ive made an appointment already in a month to get them "banded" its a procedure where a band is placed on them and in about 5-6 days they will shrink and fall out.
