hey guys -need advise-i do my lifting and cardio first thing in am on empty stomach.is this shake good for afterwards
1 scoop muscle milk
1 scoop isopure
1/2 cup soy milk-35 cal no sugar
45 minutes later i have 1 cup of oatmeal .
is this a good way to start the day ?
goal is weight loss!!already lost 85 lbs but i am stuck and i am searching for some answers.
what is a good nighttime shake ?
