1-2 scoops protein powder, 1-2 cups skim milk, heaping spoonful of lowfat all natural peanut butter, frozen blueberries and/or strawberries.

2 spoons cookies and cream protien, 3 egg whites, skim milk, flaxseed oil, banana, Weet Bix (oats)

My shake always has Expresso, Dutch Choc or Cake Batter flavor. DAMN good protien!

Favorite post workout shake; apple juice & vanilla isolate. Add in whatever other supplements you need to take in pwo.

It has always mixed fine for me.
I have tried many of those shakes and I think that they are complete scams. They are making so much money of of those shakes and there are no results from the shakes. It's all a lie. You only need to healthy...no shakes are needed for good results.
Has anyone tried tuna in a shake LOL its freaks me out.............
