Thanks for posting this, SG! I am thinking of solid snacks (no protein bars) for my 6 hr flight to the west coast this Friday and I think this may just fit the bill. But I have to make sure they are totally solid and not gel-like though :rolleyes: Part of me is just thinking of taking grilled chicken at this point.

Good luck with the new goals! :rose:

They don't turn to gel. There are enough solids in there to give them substance. YUM :p
