Well you just gave me motivation for my quad work-out later!!!
All my days are getting moved up one this week so I can get all my work-outs in before I fly out....

That's a killer leg work out!

Just a comment from experience - if your strength is going up significantly, make sure you stetch! Your muscles can maybe handle the weight but your joints have their own limitations... :)
