Funny thing.....I don't think my reps on the last set were logged right. I pushed out 12 - which means I can DEF go heavier. The gym owner told me our sled is 110 lbs (which I don't count). I def surprised myself lol

Well....as of yesterday I'm dieting down to see what's under my 12-13% (haven't checked the bf lately). I'm getting comments constantly that I should compete soooooooo.......I'm thinking maybe BB next year. Well see.......

Protein Balls
2 cups oats
4 scoops protein powder (I use ON Pro Complex)
1 cup anpb
water
Put oats in blender and make them into a flour (not necessary, but I like the texture better). Put oats in a bowl with the protein powder and anpb. Stir and add water as needed to moisten. Roll into balls and freeze.
Makes 19 protein balls - info. per ball:
