I stayed away from protein powder for a few months because it was upsetting my stomach. I can't drink it straight anymore, that's a sure thing. I can use it for cooking still tho. So I'll keep it for that.

The 40's ehhh??? Are those the same as the pretty little pink ones?!?!?! Those are my FAVORITE :D :lmao:

They just painted the DBs at my gym so they are dark grey/black....no purty lil pink ones....

Hmmm I guess all the guys were complaining bout the color :lmao: We still have pink and some purple ones at my gym though so I am all set ;)
 
lol - you two crack me up!

As far as the 40's go, I have a hard time getting them up, but once they are - I'm rockin'! lol I'm having a problem with my....uh....let's see what Treil would call it.....Flexor Carpi Radialis...(big pat on the back for me :D ), the part by the bone. Just in the last week I'm having to massage it and lifting heavy weight hurts. Doesn't hurt when the weight is up, but it hurts putting the db down. :(
