ON protein shake - 2 scoops in water (made me want to kak for HOURS)
1 tbsp sf blackberry jam
2 pc ww toast

8:00 am - LEGS

hack squat
90x10, 140x10, 160x10, 180x10, 200x10, 200x10
*i think i could have done these all day long. need to start higher next time.

lying leg curl
65x10 - 3 sets

leg extension
100x10 - 3 sets
70x10 (toes in for sweep)

abductor
130x12 - 3 sets

adductor
115x12 - 3 sets

**no more protein shakes for Scorp!!!!!!!!! Felt sick all thru workout and a couple hours longer from that stuff. Cooking only from now on.

Ever tried mixing the protein into stuff... like oats, or making pancakes out of protein powder and eggs? Just a thought... but I know I get sick sometimes too at least in the morning if I drink it before doing weights :rolleyes:
On a better note...... NICCCCCCCCCEEEEEEE leg workout :D
