Ok finally got some pix, but eh, not all that impressed. I look better in the morning Whatever. At least I got them. Yes I'm including my face, at least for now.
2nd day of low carbing, but actually not that bad. It helps when u get some sleep. I've got a bit of a "roll" going around my waist still - I'm hoping that's just me being low-carbed to a certain degree -- loose skin.
As you can tell, the issues are going to be lower back/sides and thighs. (Not that I couldn't have told anyone that 2 months ago...) The remedy? Lunges. LOTS of lunges. Walking lunges. Step-ups. Lots of them. And cardio. Lots of cardio. And carb cycling.

Yea, the trainer took the pix & he kept taking the pix while he was telling me to blow out my stomach. I'm like dude, take the pic when I'm pushed out , not during the blow. So I laughed a lot!
