I just had to throw in here, after boring a few special people (and very supportive & tolerant people!) with the lousy weather in the ATL, the goofy movies I've been watchign all day and my general boredom, I tried on my skinniest pair of jeans I've owned in 20 yrs.... AND THEY FIT!

Damn girl - my "sassy pants" would problem fall off of u! Now that I can at least wear my "skinny wardrobe" .. from almost 5 yrs ago ... :rolleyes:, i HAVE to stay out of the malls until AFTER show day.

My damn scale has a dead battery. Argh. No idea my weight right now, but something is dropping. Tomorrow starts a 2 day carb cycle - replacing my 2 sweet potato meals w/ 1/4 c almonds each. Expecting new pix tomorrow.
 
Weight still at 156 lb. Crazy.

Low carbing today, but I think I'm mostly in a fog from being short on sleep.

TRaining:
AM cardio: 40 min precor
PM: shoulders
warm up:
- stairs: 20/up+down x 10
- sissy squats: 10/8x8
- walking lunges: 15/there&back x 4
Shoulder superset x 4:
- Smith behind the neck press: 50 + bar/8
- Free bar front press: bar+20/8
- lateral raises, hold each at the top for 8: 8/8
- lying reverse flyes: 12/8
- lying front raises: 15/8
- body pulls (like ezbar curl, but closer to the body): 30/25
40 min precor

I'm wiped. Completely.
Also told in no uncertain terms that i have to get to bed earlier. (Yes mom...)
