Work was non-inspiring and looked forward to training. Planning also to get started on the website tonite.

Pre-cardio meal: 6:45 am
3 egg whites

Meal 1: 9 am
3 egg whites
1 turkey pattie
2 c broccoli

Meal 2: 11 am
7 oz sweet potatoe

Meal 3: 2 pm
5 oz chicken
1 c green beans

Meal 4: 4 pm
7 oz sweet potatoe

Meal 5:
5 oz chicken
1 c green beans

Meal 6:
5 oz steak
1 c asparagus

Training:
AM: 35 min precor - low-med speed
PM: Hams & back
- stairs: 15/up+down x 10
- genies: 10/8x8
- walking lunges: 10/there+back x 4
- bent over bb rows - bailed on this because hurt my lower back
- cable rows, short range: 50/8 55/8 60/8 70/8 repeat
- db rows: 10/12x 4
- deadlifts: 40/12 x 4
- alt leg curls: 25/8 x 8
- abductor: close to 1/2 range: 50/8 55/8 60/8 65/8 70/8 65/8 60/8 55/8
1/2 to outside: same weight

30 min cardio
- gotta remember the rest

Cardio: 40 min
 
Had to dig down to dredge this up.

Hopefully some pix tomorrow, no weight change, but the trainer says yesterday my weight (since weighing late in the day) is 155. "Unwanted fat" measures to compare progress, based on 9 pt caliper measure:

1. Subscapula
2. chest
3. bicep
4. tricep
5. lower back
6. Suprailiac
7. ab
8. quad
9. calf

3/12/05: 8 + 3 + 1 + 10 + 13 + 5 + 6 + 8 + 15 --> 18.6 lb unwanted fat, 140.4 lb lean muscle
3/16/05: 6 + 4 + 1 + 6 + 13 + 4 + 3 + 6 + 7 --> 13.35 lb unwanted fat, 145.6 lb lean muscle
3/24/05: 4 + 0 + 2 + 5 + 12 + 0 + 2 + 6 + 8 --> 10.49 lb unwanted fat, 148.5 lb lean mass

Today I pulled my belt to the last notch and the size 8 Levis are looser.

Apparently when "Unwanted fat" = 0 lb, its show time. :)

(And time to go shopping for new jeans!)
