3/12/05: 8 + 3 + 1 + 10 + 13 + 5 + 6 + 8 + 15 --> 18.6 lb unwanted fat, 140.4 lb lean muscle
3/16/05: 6 + 4 + 1 + 6 + 13 + 4 + 3 + 6 + 7 --> 13.35 lb unwanted fat, 145.6 lb lean muscle
3/24/05: 4 + 0 + 2 + 5 + 12 + 0 + 2 + 6 + 8 --> 10.49 lb unwanted fat, 148.5 lb lean mass
Today I pulled my belt to the last notch and the size 8 Levis are looser.
