mrs dash is not bad and has a few variety
there is one salt sub that is actual salt and potassium chloride mix

YEP it called lo salt. Don't know who makes it.

What spice(s) would you recommend in place of table salt ?

Processed spices mix is crap (contain a lot of sodium + hydroganeated fats + sugar + sometimes MSG)

The no-sodium salt (mostly potassium chloride) doesn't taste really good (not as taste enhancer as the real NaCl) and you have to use tons of it

I like Mrs Dash varieties, lemon pepper mix, tarragon, rosemary, basil, garlic.

Eggs are great with salsa on top.....
