ok let me see if i can explain this question in a way where people understand me....

let say im working out arms one day. we got biceps triceps and forarms.

should i do

excercise#1 bi
#2 tri
#3 forearm
#4 bi
#5 tri
#6 forarm
e c t......................

or

excercise#1 bi
#2 bi
#3 bi
#4 tri
#5 tri
#6 tri
#7 forearm
ect..........................

in other words do i work 1 mucle then move on to the next or alternate and give it 15-20 minutes rest while i do other muscles.

i hope i made this question clear enough to understand

NO....you should not rest that long in between sets of the same muscle or group. I would suggest hitting tri's, bi's then forearms

Just stick with training one muscle group at a time...work it sufficiently then move on to the next...yes if I were you I would do tris, bis then forearms.
