Routine... opinions wanted please

hey guys.. think this is my first post on powerlifting... I just turned 14 and right now am doing a strength routine. I figure I'll keep it up for about 6 weeks then either change up the reps or the entire routine. Anyways, any thoughts on this are more than welcome.

mond:
FLAT BARBELL BENCH PRESS - 3x3, no failure

AUXILARY- BOARD PRESS, CG BENCH - 5 reps and under

BENT OVER ROW - 3 sets 5-6 reps

FOREARM/AB WORK


wed: PLYOMETRIC DAY - I do these for fencing



fri:
DEADLIFT/SQUAT (alternate) 3 sets under 10 reps

AUXILARY WORK - SQUAT DAY- SLDL+ CLEANS. DEADLIFT DAY - GOOD MORNINGS+FRONT SQUATS

BARBELL CLEAN AND PRESS - 3 sets x5

PULLUPS - 3 sets

CALF RAISES - 5 sets

GRIP/AB WORK


I train the neck on tuesday and thursday, and I also fence on those days.


I do auxilary that seems like it should be for another exercise (ie front squats for deads) because I like to have a good bit of leg work each week, likewise with cleans and back work).
 
lets see.. just turned 14, weigh about 140, bench about 175, dunno about squat cause I don't have a rack so I can't squat more than I can clean. Deadlift around 270. Squat is definetely over 200, though.

about 7-9%bf, sick of being pretty and more or less small, I want to be a big fucker.

A noble goal :) How's your diet?

Does your school have a gym? I've never heard of someone being unable to find a squat rack somewhere to use.
 
if i see food, i eat it.

my school is a piece of shit and it's gym consists of bands, medicine balls and 15 lb dumbells. i'm working on building a rack, though.
 
and I don't mean the GOOD kind of bands. I mean little things that look like skipping ropes made of tubing that you are supposed to use for lifts.
