rotator cuff issues

your shoulders are very avascular-- which basically means they dont get alot of blood flow so injuries take a long time to heal.... if you really tore your rotator-- you couldnt do windmills w/o alot of pain.... if its a "twinge"-- you could be going too heavy on rows so your form is being compromised... in any case-- the AR exericses Spatts has posted at the top are your best bet for now.

For all those that have had rotator problems:

I had my right so bad it was sublexing when I jogged (this was in HS), I had to play football with a full orthotic to keep it in place and that rarely did anything. When I got to college I had a strength coach that belived in doing a lot of our lower work overhead, like walking oh lunges, oh step ups, snatches, snatch drops, oh shrugs. Long story short this cured and made my shoulders one of my strongest body parts within a year. I still incorporate oh moves in my training to this day and I have not had a shoulder problem since.
