I need to up my cals. Can't stay below 2000 cals this many days per year and expect to continue to get stronger. Sooner or later you will hit a wall. I eat 300 cals more per day than my wife. That is unsustainable.

Strength looks like its holding up 7 weeks into the cruise. Starting blast on Monday. I expect to gain about 10 lbs the first 10 days maybe more. Should be a good lean bulk. Ok everyone have a strong week ahead and get Strong AF!!!

Yeah I will get most of carbs from rice, beans, and milk. I eat a lot of dairy and I get strong AF when I eat lots of yogurt, cottage cheese, and whole eggs. Also drink lots of 1-2% milk. Chicken enchilada is my new go to meal these days as well with rice and refried beans. Also eat lots of walnuts.
