Ok just came back from weighing in. Weighed at 228.2 lbs. lightest I've been in decades. Now it's time to carb load. Had 10'grams glutamine, creatine, and 150 grams carbs from Gatorade and dextrose. Will hane the same three meals every two hours and then move onto mashed potatoes and poke and sushi for a few meals. Hoping to hit 1000 grams carbs before 3 am.

I did alright. I was so nervous before each lift my heart rate was in the 150's so I had a hell of a time keeping cool. Was sweats g so hard and nervous thought I was going to pass out. Squat I got 507, bench got 363 and failed at 385. Got 573 on deadlift. I lost grip with 606 but I had it in lockout went up easy. Just need to work on grip and I will have 675 in no time. I can basically do 5 reps with 600 on deadlift no problem with straps so my strength is there. Will take the next 12 months to build up and get ready for nationals. The wife broke the deadlift American Record with 385. Not bad considering she is not a conventional deadlifter. She excells at sumo.

Well its back to the grind. Got 11.5 months to prepare for Nationals in 2026. Hoping to increase my lifts by an average of around 25%. Haven't decided if I will go in at 220 or the 240 class. Will see how it goes this fall when I do a nice cycle with Test,Deca, and Dbol. If I can gain a fair amount of muscle I will just go for the 240 class so I dont have to diet down and lose a bunch before the comp. I want to be as strong as possible for my first Nationals. I want to make a statement that an old guy can be in the top 3 in the open class at an elite level. Bench felt hard today as it should a week after comp. Will most likely stay with the same weight on comp bench and adjust weights and reps on the other stuff for now. Need to perfect the form. Ok everyone have a strong week ahead and get Strong AF!!!

I think I have been hard on myself lately. I keep forgetting that I am off cycle and the weights should feel extra heavy. I dont think I have lost any strength so that is a plus. I just feel tired going in each day which is expected after going from 2000mg of injectables per week down to 500mg per week for the last 3.5 weeks. I cant wait to get through this period as I am excited to see how my gains go while being in a slight surplus. Looking at just increasing weights on squats and deadlifts at 10 lbs per week and bench at 5 lbs per week. Over a 16 week cycle the gains will be huge. Will most likely do anavar with the test/deca the first 4 weeks as it will take that long for the deca to kick in. The final 6 weeks will use dbol if needed. Ok everyone have a kick ass week and get Strong AF!!!

I disagree with you about my wifes hgh dosage. She is #1 in the world this year at her age and weight class. She needs to push the limit as she wants to break every world record and be #1 at Nationals in tne open class next year. She has zero side effects from the HGH at 3IU. Many women use much more than her with no problems. Dosages don't depend on whether you're a man or woman with HGH. In fact they say it's more important for women tk take more than males as there is no masculinity changes with the hormone. I am planning on pushing her until she doesn't like it. It works like a charm and she will be on 4IU soon.
 
This is what she looks like on 15mg test, 15mg NPP, 40mg Primo, and 3IU HGH. She lost 40 lbs since joining Evo in Aug of 2023. She has gone from a good powerlifter to an elite powerlifter with American Records. She is close to breaking every world record there is in her class. She is also looking forward to being in the top 20 in the world in the open class in 2027. I see average women on Evo using more than her.

I believe she has one of greatest rear double bicep poses of all time for her size and she is not even training for size. I believe she has super human genetics.
I don't see any other women with crazy striations and muscle belly size with perfect proportions across arms, delts, and traps. Her traps are crazy striated with 20 satiations covering the complete diamond.

Can you even begin to imagine what is possible if she actually decided to train for size and do bodybuilding?

Pretty good day today. Upped my reps by another to hit sets of 7 on flat bench. Next week might be a deload to get ready for the cycle the following week. Havent decided yet. We will be lowering weights on everything for week 1 of the cycle so that might be what we consider a deload. We should easily hit all our numbers since we will be starting at 70% 1RM for 5 sets of 10 on the big three lifts. I will be increasing the bigger two by 10 lbs per week and bench by 5 lbs per week for 16 weeks. Will be interesting to see where the numbers start to get hard. The plan is the first 8 weeks to be 5 sets of 10 and then move on to 5 sets of 7 for the next 4 weeks and then finish with 5 sets of 5 on the final 4 weeks. Maybe this will help motivate me in the gym. Thanks @PSL and @~Vision~ for the continued support. Looking forward to seeing if I can replace the 20 lbs of muscle I've lost over the last 2 years on this upcoming blast. Need to keep food at a high quality as my lifting in the gym is the easy part. It's the eating and recovery which is hard.

Yeah I will get most of carbs from rice, beans, and milk. I eat a lot of dairy and I get strong AF when I eat lots of yogurt, cottage cheese, and whole eggs. Also drink lots of 1-2% milk. Chicken enchilada is my new go to meal these days as well with rice and refried beans. Also eat lots of walnuts.

Started cycle 3 days early. Took 250mg of Deca 250mg Sustanon, 50mg EQ, 1.5IU HGH, and 20mg Tbol today. Will use the Tbol for 4 weeks to allow the oils to saturate fully and then add in Proviron most likely at week 2.

It really is considering I don't ever train it. I think I might be stronger at sumo than conventional so this cycle will be eye opening for me. I am hoping to do 650 sumo by end of cycle. There is a local powerlifting meet Dec 20th that would be perfect for us.
