This is the start of week 4 of health phase. Feel pretty wiped out. Tired and not wanting to lift. I suppose this is because the deca has finally worn off. Will be starting my 16 week cycle in exactly 3 weeks. Cant wait to finally get it going with low dose HGH, 750mg Deca, and 1000-1250 Sustanon. I am hoping doing this and then being in a slight surplus gives me the bump I need. I remember the last time I did a cycle in a surplus was last year in Mid Feb and I gained 30 lbs in 8 weeks. I had to cut my bulk short I gained so fast. Ok everyone have a strong week and get Strong AF!!!
