Had another very solid workout full of some good progression. Strength is still slowly climbing every workout. I'd have to check but I believe some of these may be PRs as well. Things are starting to tighten up pretty good on water weight. Controlling sodium more has really helped a lot.
DC Workout 2A (Biceps, Forearms, Calves, Hamstrings, Quads)
Incline DB Curls 55sx9x5x3 (+10 lbs/5lbs per DB)

3/14/13 Thursday
Dosed same as Wednesday except also did 350mg Test E. I will have one more injection of test next Monday that will be the last one. That will also hopefully bring the water weight and bloat down for the contest as the ester drops off over the 12 days without an injection up to show time. Then I will start my PCT 2 weeks after my last pin, which will be the Mondy after the contest.
Had another intense cardio session. A full 60 minutes starting off with 15 minutes HIIT on the elliptical for 300 cals then another 45 minutes on the treadmill alternating between 5 minutes walking 3MPH@15% incline and 5 minutes walking at 2MPH@30% incline. I burned 625 cals on the treadmill giving a grand total of 925 cals burned for the session.
Diet went a little off course for the day. I ended up having a few sweets midday. I felt really run down, depleted, and tired so I had some and it did make me feel better. I had a little more than I should, but its alright. Judging by my appearance, I'm there where I need to be on bodyfat. I don't need to be any leaner for the show, so I am going to relax a bit on some days if I feel I need to. I will get another measurement on bodyfat soon, but I'm guessing I'm right around 5% now.

I'm really digging the way I'm looking right now. I have a great fullness, and the definition and cuts are getting pretty deep. Vascularity is indescribable at times. I have road maps EVERYWHERE! Legs, arms, abs, back....everywhere. After a good meal of carbs and fats things really look alive in the mirror. Some of the more prominent veins like in my arms look like hoses...it's nuts!
Had another solid workout again. Bested all my last bests, so it was a win all the way around! This stack I'm on has been unbelievable in doing exactly what I want it to. My mass, weight, and strength have all increased....while dropping a fairly good amount of bodyfat. It's been a textbook recomp to this point.
