Ok here it is, let me know what you guys think and whether you can see room for improvment:

Saturday: LEGS
Squats - 2 sets (8,8)
Leg Press - 2 sets (8,8)
Extensions - 2 sets (12,12)
Leg Curls - 3 sets (8,8,8)
SL Deads - 2 sets (10,10)
Calf Raises - 3 sets (12,12,12)

Sunday: CHEST, BIS AND FOREARMS
Incline DB Press - 3 sets (6,8,8)
Flat DB Flyes - 2 sets (8,8)
Slight Incline Smith Press - 2 sets (8,8)
Cable Crossovers - 1 set (12)
Incline DB Curls - 3 sets (8,8,8)
DB Preachers - 2 sets (8,8)
Cable Curls - 1 sets (10)
Wrist Curls superseted with Reverse Curls - 2 sets each for 8 reps

Tuesday: BACK AND REAR DELTS (usually abs after)
Partial Deads from the rack - 3 sets (10,8,6)
Wide Grip Chins - 2 sets (8,8)
BB Rows - 3 sets (8,8,6)
Bent DB Laterals - 3 sets (10,10,10)

Thursday: SHOULDERS AND TRIS
Military Press - 3 sets (8,8,8)
Lateral Raises - 3 sets (10,8,6)
Upright Rows -2 sets (8,8)
Pressdowns - 2 sets (8,8)
Skull Crushers - 3 sets (8,8,8)
Reverse Grip One Arm Cable Pressdowns - 2 sets (10,10)

I do cardio mon-fri for 30mins first thing in the morning.

I am juicing (100mgs winny/day and 250mgs test/week) and trying to cut up.

I do abs when I feel I need to.

on your leg day i suggest more sets for squats as your main exercise,i would do my deads on back day(seperate day)
on chest day pick either cable or d/b if you're goingto do flyes,no need doing both in the same day,i would go more like:flat bench,incline,then flyes....on bi's go with something like:barbell curl,preacher.thats it....your other bodyparts look fine,how long have you been traing and is this your first cycle?
 
Thanks for the input guys. I have been training for about 3 years and this is my third cycle.

I do not do flat benches because I can feel dumbells better and I don't train with a partner. I hate asking stragers for a spot cause they never know how to do it properly and just seem to yank the weight up whenyou want a forced rep!!

I do stiff leg deads on leg day to hit the hams. I don't go heavy like I do for partial deads on back day and fully concentrate on the hams with slow and controlled reps.

I will add more sets of squats but I have found I am just too wiped out even after two sets (low carb dieting doesn't help either!!). Will have to just dig up some new aggression and power from somewhere on my next leg day.
 
I think the squat numbers are spot on. good job sir.

only criticism is that you're doing more sets for chest. why?

I suggest getting rid of the smith press.

everything else looks perfecto.
