Just wondering how others do it. At the moment, my bench press looks is @ 70% of 1 rep max. I begin with just one rep, then 20 second break, go to 2 reps 20 second break, then 3 reps etc to failure, then another set.
I stick with that method for all major muscle groups, and for smaller muscles like biceps, I go 10 seconds, then swap and repeat on other arm.
Any thoughts on that training method? I've seen some results in my bench press, but that's it. Been going at the method for about 4 weeks so far.
