umm someone doesnt understand physics
pick up 40 lbs DB and bring your arm straight up from your side to over your head
now attach a 40lb DB to your elbow and do the same
which was harder??
long arms dont gain you anything in terms of leverage, because your PIVOT is so close to your force. you only gain levreage if the pivot is FAR from your force.
like prying a rock out of the ground with a stick. Put the pivot halfway between you and the rock - thats a short guy. now put the pivot 3/4 of the way closer to you, thats a tall guy
