I am however happy to inform that this particular one is booted out of my life has been for some time and the only reason he has any thing to do with this is because of my kids.

Hopefully, with the help of Shadow.. I'll have another plan.

unfortunately the gym I attend doesn't have a day care so I have had to rely on him to keep the kids while I train...

If he feels like it he does.. if not then i'm screwed. Gym is too far away from my work to go on lunch hours and its to early to drop the kids of in the am for me to go then. I work from 8-5 and they have to be picked up by 5:30.

thank you Sassy... This comp means alot to me.. more than just a trophy... Its deeper than training and looking good or even over coming fears or obsticals.

Shadow kicked some sense into me.. and gave me a nudge
