Meal one: Apple(from nothing)
Meal two: Canned chicken(15 grams of protein)
Meal three: Ham and cheese crackers, 20 gram protein bar, two rice cakes
Meal four: Chicken on bread with mayonaise(15 grams of protein)
Rest of the day: Snack on apples and grapes
Obviously this needs some refinement. I don't know what foods to get my carbs from or how much of that chicken I should be eating.
Are things like sauced ribs ok? I love those mother fuckers.
I'm trying to lean out a little bit around hips and stomach.
