Bit sore today.
Found my Migun bed station and I'm going again!!! OH MY..... My sacrum is sooooo sore but it's totally worth it. So it's a good break for 30 minutes with SBT. My back cracked o.k. snapped vertebrae back into place 9 times. Best part is it's FREE. I still want one of those beds!!!
Tomorrow I get my nephew and niece.
What is this Migun bed you speak of?
