Well been forever since posted... But doing great. Diet and work-out stabilizing and busy as ever.

Diet is whatever I feel like.

typically
M1 Protein, berries,
M2 Today protein bar
M3 Shrimp, salad, bleu cheese dressing, acorn squash, cherries, celery, pears, broccoli, celery, couple walnuts.
M4 ??? meat, some sort, low carb wrap, salad
M5 veggies
M6 ANPB, protein

Shooting for cardio 5 days a week 45 minutes just active like brisk walking, or elyptical, whatever I feel like.

Weights I'm aiming for 4 days now. Leg day got combined.

Looking at some new variations to my work-out.

Just the goal is the same as my original goal 2 years' ago. Athletic look ;)

Still doing good.

Going to be a busy week helping two gals get ready for their shows!!!

I'll try and keep updates when I can but not sure when I'll be able too. It seems they are better at getting on here these days!!! LOL

Will have diet fine tuned and work-out as well by next week to start posting up more often hopefully.

We'll see how things play out.. I'm getting my diet worked on right now by sbt and I'm putting the weight portion together to hit legs with the sprints, spin, plyos, and stairs. So maybe fall for my show. I have to keep focus on the other happenings going on...
