Nothing really all that new. Appetite was worse before lunch and wore off as the day progressed yesterday. I’m not hungry at all again this morning. It’s taken me an hour so far to eat half of my breakfast. Pants are falling off me today, but I didn’t have a belt that matched so what to do?! Thankfully I have a new/old pair of pants I can fit in and I’m sure more, I just haven’t tried any other’s on. THANK GOD!

Well, we need some Engineers like you, 'cause all the Engineers around here are duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuulll!!! Very smart, but no personality, or tolerance for us lesser folk. :whatever: Mind you, they're all 50y.o.+ men.

Fri. Wednesday I went. I'm thinking I am doing something on the leg press (pushing with my rt leg more) that is causing my pelvis to rotate. I have watched and detected every time after leg day is when my pelvis is rotated. So... Going to bemore cautious of what I am doing here.
