It's a daily battle these days but It will be fine soon, 2nd 3rd 4th wind lol :) test tonight, final next monday then 2.5-3 weeks to kill it... :)

You're right on schedule - life is completely whacko, you think you can't find enough in you to go that extra 20 min of cardio, and yet you do, you operate like an automoton , you aren't sure you will make it through the stress and you have all sorts of doubts and potential panics about the show...

What justifies all this psychotic shit you are doing to yourself?

1) Look at your pix!
2) Look at your stats!
3) Look at what you are accomplishing - 99.98% of the people on the planet dont' even have the cahonies to pursue this
4) Just keep focused on that moment you hit the stage in all the sparkles - shit girl - you GOTTA share those suits under the lights in all their glory w/ at a minumum 400 people!

Glucorell-R – 1 to 2 caps 3 x a day with carbs as needed
T-Rex – 1 cap AM empty, OUT of CB for DAYS now, it’s killing me lol
OxyCalm – 2 sprays each side PM, if I remember to take it
Sesapure – 1 to 2 caps 3 x a day
The Total EFAs – 3 gels once a day
