I love them, but Im not going to post me IN them until the show... they aren't HERE yet, so I get to stare at lovely pictures...
They sure are pretty. ahem pretty expensive... good thing I forgot how much I paid for them seeing I paid for them last August lol
Anywho... Lets see.. update... I was up all night again last night.. so I called it quits after 10 min on the tread at the gym... I could not focus, my stomach was in knots for hours as well as yesterday, I had weird dreams, just did NOT come together, So I told my bosses they had the day off (which should have been next Monday) wrong on the calendar and took today instead... since next Monday is my big final I am not going to let this change of plans bite me in the @$$ due to my issues... I will not let it happen again...
I just forced, and literally FORCED myself to not get off the tread until 600 cals were burned... I kept telling myself not to quit, dont quit, dont quit.. I think it was at 650 cals by the time I was done & headed off for calves... I foam rolled out , and hit my shins b/c my left ant tib is acting up a bit.
It's so nice outside, WOW. Well Im going to eat, try to clean some and make this unplanned day off a bit productive before class tonight. Hope everyone had a great weekend.
watching the calories go by is sort of like watching water boil. lolol it's teh suck. I switch the machine over to 'cals per minute' instead. I actually do better this way - by almost 50 calories per session. I trick myself!
