My Supps for the day …

Ultimate Woman Multi - 2 daily
Vitamin C – 1000 mg x 2
Glucorell-R – 1 to 2 caps 3 x a day with carbs as needed
Cardio Breeze – 2 caps
OxyCalm – 2 sprays each side PM (I have logged this but forgotten to use it, whoops… good thing I don’t do that with FOOD, that would be wrong.. )
Trex – 1 caps afternoon
Sesapure – 1 to 2 caps 3 x a day
The Total EFAs – 3 gels once a day

AM Workout Walk to go get eggs, I wanted some eggs & oats danngit!!!

Afternoon Workout

Treadmill – 60 minutes ‘walking’

* 3.3-3.5 mph / Incline (0) / 0-10 Minutes
* 3.3-3.5 mph / Incline (5) / 10-20 Minutes
* 3.3-3.5 mph / Incline (10) / 20-30 Minutes
* 3.5-4.0 mph / Incline (15) / 30-60 Minutes

Had to get in my studying… I also wanted to see how use to steady state Ive become @ full incline… FORCED myself to do at least 10 cycles of sprints THEN do weights…

Sprints ‘Elevators’.. you go Up & down… the treads have presets so all I do is push a button so the pounding is reduced a bit I just don’t jump from HIGH to LOW then have my knees holler at me… goes something like this, all at full Incline

5.5 / 5-10 seconds -->
3.5 mph / 60-90 seconds

Daily Notes : I guess I slept walk out and partied it up last night, b/c I slept til noon today… WOW was I tired… I get up at 4-5 am every day and on the weekends 7-8 is sleeping in so I am a little disappointed I wasted 4 hours of a day where I needed them to take care of some very important things around here. But I guess my body was just not having it.. not going to worry , over & done with.. time to study, again. Have a wonderful evening. :bunny:

* 3 scoops Zero Carb VPX

Meal # 4 :
* 5 oz Grilled Chicken Breast Tenders (baked in EVOO + Mrs Dash Chicken)
* Broccoli Florets, steamed + Sea Salt + 1 tbsp Smart Balance Light

Meal # 5 :
* 1 scoop ON Casein + 1 Scoop Zero Carb VPX
* 1.5 tbsp ANPB

I love them, but Im not going to post me IN them until the show... they aren't HERE yet, so I get to stare at lovely pictures...

They sure are pretty. ahem pretty expensive... good thing I forgot how much I paid for them seeing I paid for them last August lol

Anywho... Lets see.. update... I was up all night again last night.. so I called it quits after 10 min on the tread at the gym... I could not focus, my stomach was in knots for hours as well as yesterday, I had weird dreams, just did NOT come together, So I told my bosses they had the day off (which should have been next Monday) wrong on the calendar and took today instead... since next Monday is my big final I am not going to let this change of plans bite me in the @$$ due to my issues... I will not let it happen again...

I just forced, and literally FORCED myself to not get off the tread until 600 cals were burned... I kept telling myself not to quit, dont quit, dont quit.. I think it was at 650 cals by the time I was done & headed off for calves... I foam rolled out , and hit my shins b/c my left ant tib is acting up a bit.


It's so nice outside, WOW. Well Im going to eat, try to clean some and make this unplanned day off a bit productive before class tonight. Hope everyone had a great weekend.

The Chocolate yes, it's good with ice & water, enough to thicken it like a shake. I dont like the Graham cracker unless I mix it with the chocolate, but you know me, I am very particular about protein.
