Had to get in my studying… I also wanted to see how use to steady state Ive become @ full incline… FORCED myself to do at least 10 cycles of sprints THEN do weights…
Sprints – ‘Elevators’.. you go Up & down… the treads have presets so all I do is push a button so the pounding is reduced a bit I just don’t jump from HIGH to LOW then have my knees holler at me… goes something like this, all at full Incline

Daily Notes : I guess I slept walk out and partied it up last night, b/c I slept til noon today… WOW was I tired… I get up at 4-5 am every day and on the weekends 7-8 is sleeping in so I am a little disappointed I wasted 4 hours of a day where I needed them to take care of some very important things around here. But I guess my body was just not having it.. not going to worry , over & done with.. time to study, again. Have a wonderful evening. :bunny:
