Well even though I got my CB this booty did not wake up to put it to use! I took 2 anyway at 820 am to get me OUT of bed though, then 2 more at 6 pm, yes 6 PM so I WOULD have energy to hit the gym tonight… my legs were exhausted so I did what I could, and didn’t wear the HR monitor so I could just focus and not beat myself up if my HR wasn’t ‘in the zone’… Hit the hot tub to stretch a bit and now time for bed to do it all over in the a.m. I wonder if that house cleaning fairy is going to come tonight, maybe I should leave some $$ under my pillow for her.
