I totally... kicked my @$$ this morning and did 30 min. of sprint intervals ... that and the mini warm up (10 min) burned 545 cals ... I wear the HR straps + watches they give you and if you use it with the right tread it will sync to the machine, but this one was a bit off today ... at one pt it was at 175 but the machine said 145.. it caught up eventually. Anyway, I feel bad for the lady next to me, lol, I was dripping and sounded like a rampaging elephant Im sure... 40 min mark - 545 cals burned at LEAST ..
1-10th min. warm up walk No Incline @ 3.5
10-40th min. interval sprints 30 seconds @ 5.5-6.0 / 60 seconds recovery @ 3.5 (Full Incline entire time)
40-45th min. walking at a full incline @ 3.5
45-50th min. No incline cool down walk @ 3.5
3 sets of Calf Raises, Smith (15 lbs+ bw), 20 reps, 4 TUT
